Role Security Project Consultant
Primary Responsibilities - Lead and oversee the end-of-life project for Windows OS, Linux, Citrix, ensuring timely upgrades to supported versions.
- Serve as the primary admin for CyberArk, responsible for managing related matters and addressing user requests.
- Manage the onboarding process for privileged accounts, including server local admin and domain admin, ensuring strict adherence to security standards, particularly CyberArk compliance.
- Conduct quarterly account discovery using specialized tools to identify any non-compliant privileged accounts
- Ensure all servers are equipped with the necessary security measures, including the installation and configuration of the CrowdStrike or Trend Miro tool.
- Provide assistance with Windows and Linux patching, ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Implement and manage micro-segmentation strategies, collaborating closely with global team and application teams to onboard applications and establish robust security policies.
- Support the information security team in audit remediation efforts, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Utilize ServiceNow for efficient management of incident tickets and change requests.
- Organize meetings and workshops with multiple stakeholders from Markets IT, vendors.
- Assist workshops by preparing and reviewing workshops material
- Follow action plan, support, and track completion of tasks with concerned stakeholders
- Assist stakeholders to define user cases and journeys
- Closely work with client and Divisions teams, gathering requirements, proceeding with gap and impact analysis, comparing available solutions
- Coordinating with multiple teams (Global, Regional, Local) for roll-out
- Elaborate with concerned Business System Managers the functional and technical requirements documents
- Proceed with scoping, workload estimation with related teams, project planning, coordination and execution follow up, risk management, project communication, Change Management
- Assist in the elaboration of project deliverables:
- Meeting minutes
- Project plan
- Business process and applications capabilities mapping
- Architecture diagrams, design documents and test plans
- Project/steering committee organization
- Other project deliverables collection, elaboration, and review
Education, Certifications, and Experience - Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
- Responsible, self-motivated and able to meet project deadline
- 4+ years' experience as Cybersecurity, Information Security, Security Risk, or other relevant roles
- Experience of managing or working with CyberArk administration is required
- Experience in Project management will be beneficial.
- Familiar with Firewall, TCP, IP, Routing and Networking
- Good communication and analytical skills, team player and self-motivated
- Cybersecurity certifications like OSCP, CISA, ISO27001, CMMI audit and assessment will be a great advantage.
- Project Management / Agile certifications will be beneficial.
- Strong command in both English, Cantonese & Mandarin
