Director, Wholesale Distribution, Asset Management

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy for wholesale clients, primarily in Hong Kong and China, with potential expansion across APAC.
• Analyze and segment client profiles to prioritize engagement and drive sales initiatives effectively.
• Collaborate with management to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and meet established targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regional wholesalers, including private banks, wealth management firms, securities firms, retail banks, and other online and offline distribution platforms.
• Lead and manage projects independently while driving accountability for sales performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant intermediary sales / wholesale distribution experience in the asset management industry
• Established network and relationships with key wholesalers/intermediaries in the industry.
• Proven ability to work autonomously on projects and initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with fluency in Mandarin and English.
