Head of Technology Risk - 2nd Line - Hong Kong

A leading institution in Hong Kong are looking to build out their technology risk function. Candidates should have experience building 2nd line technology risk frameworks from scratch. We CAN relocate for this role.

Candidates should have deep understanding of the following:

 

  • Over 12+ years experience working in 2nd line technology risk functions 
  • Able to to built out technology risk frameworks, policies and processes from scratch
  • Have experience managing a team of approx. 5 employees 
  • Deep knowledge of NIST / ISO27001 
  • Certification in CISSP / CISM / CISA is highly advantageous 
  • Strong knowledge in cyber security and technology risk maturity assessments 
  • Have worked in highly regulated organisations e.g. financial services
