Your future role at QRT: The Content and Community Lead will play a key role in educating and informing our global employees, interns, and candidates about QRT. As the main communications point of contact for our APAC offices, she or he will also support with global content management, leveraging QRT's social media channels and internal platforms.
Your responsibilities: - Content management and development
- Develop and implement an integrated content strategy in collaboration with the Global Head of Communications (Europe).
- Produce and manage relevant, original, and impactful content for QRT's internal communication channels, website, and social media
- Collaborate across departments to identify content opportunities and develop ideas aligned with the overall communications strategy.
- Social media leadership
- After familiarization with the company culture and strategy, manage QRT's external social media presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and WeChat.
- Monitor additional social media platforms (e.g. Glassdoor, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, LINE, among others), conducting performance analysis and generating management reports
- Contribute to strengthening the crisis communications playbook, working closely with the global Communications team to proactively co-manage potential reputational crises
- APAC main point of contact and general corporate communications
- Serve as the primary internal communications contact in APAC
- Ensure consistent messaging and coordination with the wider communications team in Europe
- Collaborate with the team in Europe on new tools and technologies to enhance content delivery and employee engagement
- Contribute to building and maintaining internal communities and driving engagement with philanthropic or QRT events
- Support the maintenance and development of the QRT website and other digital projects
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Your present skillset: - Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- 3 to 7 years or above relevant experience in content management, social media (Linkedin/WeChat/Xiaohongshu), and community building (including intranet platforms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese (fluency in Cantonese is a plus)
- Strong time and project management skills, with attention to detail and understanding of complex environments
- Proficiency in design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and ability to adapt content for diverse regional audiences
- Collaborative, self-starter attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset
