Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day agency operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance agency distribution processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of agency operations staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Manage agency projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Establish and enforce guidelines and standards for agency operations to maintain consistency and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Agency Operations and Sales, with a focus on agency distribution workflow and sales training.
- Proven track record in team management and leadership.
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading agency projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English expected
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and guidelines in agency operations/ agency sales.
