Responsibilities: - Oversight of incentive framework and recognition program to ensure it is effectively driving desired business outcome and complying with all regional and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the team to implement incentive plans and compute incentive payout
- Conduct sophisticated business analytics and provide insightful advisory to facilitate business decision
- Visualize and transform data into insight to facilitate effective sales management
- Formulate and tracking for budget to ensure incentive expenses are being effectively used and monitored
- Drive process streamlining and platform enhancements for sales and incentive management
- Collaborate with performance cell leads and squad leads to maximize the analytical and data impact to businesses
Requirements - Over 8 years of business analytics and sales management experience in a sizeable bank/financial institutions
- At least 3 years of managerial experience is preferred
- Strong business sense and knowledgeable in performance management of the industry
- Excellent communication skills and networking skills with key stakeholders from senior management and working groups
- Proactive, positive attitude and willing to take up challenges
