To lead the middle office of Partnership Distribution for Bancassurance and Brokerage channels. The role will be responsible for formulating the partnership strategies, improving client propositions & penetration, and overseeing governance & control with the aim of strengthening the growth of PHKL's partnership distribution business.

Job Responsibilities:

Partnership Management and Business Planning
  • Develop partnership strategies to drive product propositions and product mix to grow the partnership and keep up the leading market position.
  • Design and deliver effective sales and product initiatives with business partners to capture untapped market opportunities and keep up sales momentum in timely manner.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities by understanding the profitability mix of the products and mapping distinctive product proposition.

Partnership Customer Promotion and Segmentation
  • Design and deliver effective sales, and marketing campaigns and initiatives with partners to capture untapped opportunities and to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Monitor the channels' competitive landscape and to understand the market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to identify business opportunities through the development of co-branded partnership solutions.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities with data analytics, as well as internal & external market benchmarking.
  • Develop and deliver annual business plans with partners to drive the business growth and achieve agreed KPIs in different segments and channels.

Governance and Control
  • Oversee the governance & control framework, gate-keep and ensure internal guidelines according to the latest requirements issued by the Insurance Authority ("IA"), respective regulators and internal governance departments.
  • Establish and implement the governance and control framework for partnership channels. Make sure our guideline complies with all requirements updated/issued by regulators.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in insurance or banking industry with at least 5 years in managerial role on Partnership Distribution
  • Strong business acumen, strategic/ entrepreneurial thinking
  • Experience in Partnership management is preferred.
  • Team player, passionate, matured and independent in stake holder management
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Self -motivated and strong drive for results
