If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us... Key Roles & Responsibilities - Acquire a good quality portfolio of new SME clients and grow both deposits and borrowing
- Achieve individual & team financial targets and provide service to clients on their day-to-day banking needs
- Active cross-selling on Trade Finance and other commercial banking products
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and successful deal hit rate
- Collaborate with business partners and overseas offices to capture business opportunity
- Perform regular financial & credit review on clients and prepare credit proposals
- Comply with the Bank's policies and procedures on Mis-selling, KYC, CDD, Money Laundering Prevention, etc.
Qualifications & Skills - Degree holder with qualifications in HKSI
- Core or professional level of qualification under the Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) for Banking Practitioners in relevant stream(s) is preferable
- Minimum 4 years of front-line banking experiences, with at least 2 years in relationship manager role/perspective
- A proven track record in sales and client relationship building to SME client segment
- A self-starter, team player and is passionate about the business
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Solid presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong credit risk analysis, legal & regulatory, market/competitor knowledge
- Outgoing and result-oriented personality
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
