Main Responsibilities: - Participate in annual budget, monthly forecast and ALCO
- Prepare monthly financial analysis against last month, budget and year-on-year
- Variance analysis of product pricing, funding and margin against budget
- Prepare management meeting material timely with details explanation on division level.
- Monitor monthly cost allocation and expenses
- Provide operating expenses report to marketing team
- Assist to devise product profitability report, KPIs, scorecard, sales targets, dashboard and metrics to achieve divisional goals
- Prepare RM productivity
- Support ad hoc tasks
Incumbent Requirements: - Degree holder in Banking / Finance or related disciplines
- 3-5 years banking of Finance, Business Planning and Analytics
- Ability to adapt to a fast-developing operating environment and work under pressure
- Positive attitude, self-motivated with strong analytical mind and creative thinking
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
- Proficiency in VBA and Macro usage/query is advantage
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
