Your future role within QRT - Support QRT's compensation and benefit plans for our Asia employee groups, including in HK, SG, Shanghai, India and Australia
- Operate as part of global team with colleagues in Europe
- Maintain up-to-date benchmark datasets compensation and benefits. Use creative data sources for benchmarking that allow QRT to have a view of key competitors.
- Compensation
- Understand the regulatory regimes applicable to QRT and the impact on remuneration rules
- Support compensation processes to deliver high quality data and reporting for internal teams and senior managers (for example, Finance, Investor Relations, HR)
- Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to help inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions
- Support compensation-related events, including new hire offers, promotions, transfers and top talent retention
- Educate and support colleagues on QRT's compensation plans to ensure compliance and consistency
- Benefits
- Collaborate with the global benefits team to support benefits processes in APAC
- Support employee groups in APAC on benefits queries
- Support the planning and execution of our compensation and benefits processes while managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Apply systems knowledge to evolve and develop compensation and benefit programs that support QRT growth and priorities
Your present skillset - Experience in high growth, high change environments
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise and communicate highly effectively with colleagues
- Knowledge and experience of deferred and executive compensation practices
- Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation or relevant compensation systems, advanced skills in Excel
- Willingness to take ownership and work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly analytical and numerate with attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to convey a story through analysis and metrics
- Sound judgment and decision making
- Team Player - ability to collaborate effectively within an international environment and at all levels and willing to proactively contribute and support other colleagues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate successfully in fast-paced global teams
- Fluent in English; previous career experience in US or Europe is a plus
