Responsibilities
- Coordinate with HQ HR team to develop and draft HR policies & protocol to align with the regulatory environment and group business strategy objective
- Keep abreast with applicable law & regulations to review and renovate HR policies & operation guidelines for all the subsidiaries
- Act as the subject matter expert of HR policies and contact point with HQ & relevant subsidiaries HR team member
- Consult & provide advice to subsidiaries on HR policies related matter to ensure the alignment of strategy
- Collaborate with HR team member to handle audit & risk management related tasks from auditors & various stakeholders
- Work closely with HR team members on ad-hoc HR initiatives when necessary (i.e. HR projects, performance appraisal exercise, etc)
Requirements
- Degree or above
- 10 years + HR Business Partner & Generalist with excellent experience on HR policies
- Solid experience on HR policies & protocols would be highly preferable
- Strong knowledge on regulations, HR process & operation with a sizable organization would also be highly preferable
- Good presentation & critical thinking skills
- Candidate with less experience would be considered for the Manager position
