Responsibilities
  • Elicit user requirements, perform analysis and feasibility study.
  • Propose IT solutions on business requirements with appropriate technologies.
  • Communicate and coordinate between business users and development teams.
  • Lead, manage and implement Portfolio Management related projects to ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables.
  • Monitor and Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, and status meeting.
  • Work closely with users and vendors for system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, implementation and testing on banking project.
  • Liaison and coordinate effectively with both internal users and external vendors.
  • Coordinate and execute user acceptance test.
  • Support in daily operation.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • 8 years or above experience in business analyst or application development.
  • Experience and good understanding on Wealth Management and Investment products
  • Experience in vendor management is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, open mindset, ownership mindset, good problem solving and troubleshooting skills with strong "can-do" attitude.
  • Deadline sensitive and able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage.
