Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of network architect and network engineers to manage IT network & security infrastructure and services.
  • Lead and develop IT network technology & services roadmap.
  • Ensure high availability of IT network services is provided to prevent any interruptions either on customer facing systems or company network services.
  • Work with stakeholders to agree on SLA and measures. Aligned with different department and team heads on the expectation of the IT network services provided. .
  • Streamline the network operations by re-designing operational procedures and adoption of automation tools.
  • Build a strong technical team to handle new technologies adopted.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • A min. of 10 years of experience in network security
  • Past experience in people and/or team management
  • Advanced understanding of networking protocols, architecture and technologies including TCP/IP, Ethernet, MPLS, BGP, multicast and network virtualization.
  • Strong knowledge in cloud networking, specifically with Azure, Ali Cloud and Oracle Cloud, including Express Route, FastConnect and Multi-Cloud connectivity.
  • In depth knowledge of network security principles and best practices, including firewalls, VPN, IPS, Anti-DDoS and encryption.
  • Holder of CCIE certification or equivalent, Routing & Switching or Data Centre, is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts
