Responsibilities
* Handle the front desk operations by receiving incoming calls, greeting guests and visitors in-and-out records.
* Manage meeting rooms reservation, guests beverage arrangement and equipment set-up for the meeting
* Courier service arrangement about keeping records of documents and packages
* Assisting in organizing company activities, seminars and events coordination
* Providing office administration support including facilities and equipment maintenance, office supplies ordering, company documents and seals keepings, etc.
* Maintain an organized and visually appealing reception area that reflects the firm's brand and professionalism
* Performing ad hoc assignments as required.
JR
* Form 5 or above;
* With clerical experiences in bank or financial institutions is definitely an advantage;
* Hardworking and willing to do clerical tasks;
* Has excellent personal presentation at all times and upkeeps the “dress codeâ€.
* Proficiency in MS Office (word and excel) and Chinese Word Processing
* Immediately available preferred;
