Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist department and bank branches in achieving business targets on assigned segments.
- Meet predetermined business goals for AFYC, case count, active branch, active sales staff, and other important metrics for designated branches/district.
- Lead the sales momentum across sales staff and branches. Deliver tailored support to boost sales performance.
- Cultivate and foster positive relationships and rapport with banks' district managers, branch managers, and all frontline staff.
- Develop good relationships with bank staff to achieve ambitious business goals.
- Communicate all marketing and sales programs to bank's frontline staff and ensure their awareness and participation.
- Provide support on operations and application processing, and answer inquiries from the bank's frontline staff.
- Conduct pre-sales preparation for upcoming appointments.
- Offer appointment calling skill training through call supervising findings.
- Provide ongoing training to bank's frontline staff, including product knowledge, sales techniques, prospecting, objection handling, and sales operations and processes.
- Complete compliance duties in accordance with regulatory standards and our company's Code of Conduct, Complaints Handling Procedures, Customer Privacy Policy, and MCV Guidelines.
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned by the direct manager.
Minimum Job Requirements: - University graduate or equivalent experience with at least 10 years of insurance sales experience, preferably with bank's frontline experience.
- Proven experience in mentoring and training bank's sales staff on insurance is highly preferred.
- Possession of Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1, 3 license is highly preferred.
- Good spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Acquire relevant licenses if your job involves regulated activities.
