Job duties:
  • Overseeing day-to-day operational tasks involving customers, the front office, and other operational teams to guarantee the accurate processing of all transactions.
  • Handling a range of products such as Bonds, Repos, Mortgages, Loans, Primary new issues, Futures, and Pledges.
  • Collaborating with settlements, brokers, and clients to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensuring timely completion and escalation of all reconciliations.
  • Advocating for operational excellence within the team.
  • Assisting the Head of Fixed Income Middle Office in implementing their technology and operational model strategy.
  • Fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Driving improvements in processes and automation within the system.
  • Supporting the introduction of new products.
  • Ensuring compliance with the operational risk and regulatory requirements of the Department and the Firm.
Job requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of Middle Office experience, especially in Bonds.
  • Previous experience with Murex and CTM.
  • Strong understanding of Cash Fixed Income products.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English.
  • Good self-motivation.
