Manager, Loan Documentation - Chinese Corp Bank

Job duties: Manage and evaluate retail, commercial, and/or syndicated loan documentation and operational tasks related to loan processing. Input and maintain data and limits in the mainframe system. Ensure that all conditions specified in loan proposals are met in line with approved terms and internal guidelines. Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding loan documentation and operational issues. Supervise and motivate team members to execute routine and ad hoc tasks effectively.

  • Manage and evaluate retail, commercial, and/or syndicated loan documentation and operational tasks related to loan processing.
  • Input and maintain data and limits in the mainframe system.
  • Ensure that all conditions specified in loan proposals are met in line with approved terms and internal guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding loan documentation and operational issues.
  • Supervise and motivate team members to execute routine and ad hoc tasks effectively.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • At least 5 year work experience in banking industry;
  • A good team player with detail-conscious and able to work independently;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
