  • Provide support on Calypso and various systems to a diverse range of users.
  • Maintain documentation on operational procedures and technical setup.
  • Manage change requests from development and infrastructure teams, alongside other configuration modifications.
  • Manage incident escalation and resolution.
  • Set up system monitoring protocols and respond to monitoring notifications.
  • Implement tactical automation measures.
  • Perform Business Continuity Planning (BCP) exercises and contribute to IT security and audit evaluations.
  • Leads projects concerning new system and server deployment.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or above in IT, Computer Science or related fields.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in relevant application support or development.
  • Proficiency in Java.
  • Good knowledge of SQL, Linux server commands and shell scripts.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Strong attention to details
