This role is to assist the development of individual life insurance products to support achievement of the Company's goals including business analysis support, individual life insurance product implementation/project
execution and deliver solutions to improve business efficiency, with focus on devising business user stories, testing and verifying solutions on internal systems and digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities: - Execute user acceptance test, document test results and communicate the results to both IT and business users for rectification / verification. Follow up on defects identified during UAT and ensure the defects are resolved in timely manner.
- Assist in carrying out business impact assessment, facilitate project manager and business users to define system testing scenarios, prepare test cases and expected outputs.
- Prepare business user stories, test plan and test cases according to test scope. Provide business analytical support and assist in identifying areas for improvement for the operation business process.
- Support project management activities, including project scoping, task scheduling, progress monitoring, issue management and escalation to ensure projects are delivered within timeframe.
- Prepare implementation materials (including training material and FAQ).
- Perform post-implementation support (including but not limited to post monitoring support and reporting, issues discussion & resolution and usage enquiry support).
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in insurance or banking industry
- Good knowledge of insurance products and operation workflow in life operations
- Knowledge of UAT methodologies, tools, and best practices is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese is must)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and organizing skills
- Logical, numerical sensitive, proactive and attentive to details.
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft 365 applications
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Business Analyst
