A fantastic opportunity to step into a full-time permanent role that will prepare you for a future career with Computershare! Our Counter Services team is currently looking for two Investor Counter Officer II to join the team. The role will be based in Hopewell Centre, Wanchai.
A role you will love
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the Investor Counter Officer II for Counter Services, will be the main contact point to communicate and maintain relationships with different stakeholders.
You will be assisting in the dispatch of share certificates, dividend cheques, allotments and other related shareholder materials. You are responsible in assisting in the issuing of transfer receipts and necessary documents checking. You will be providing on-going support for maintaining a high service level standard by handling enquires in a timely and professional manner.
Additionally, you will be co-operating with support teams to deliver professional transfer services and participate in ad-hoc assignments should the need arise.
What will you bring to the role?
To be successful, you will be a secondary school graduate with basic knowledge of the Hong Kong stock markets, having employee share plans knowledge is a bonus! Individuals with customer service industry experience will be valuable and considered. You will bring a detail-oriented mind-set who is self-motivated and well organized with good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
