Execution of training projects, assisting department heads in establishing, refining, and optimizing channel training systems
Major Responsibility:
- Execute training projects:
- Responsible for formulating standardized operating procedure, manuals, and other materials.
- Conduct training sessions for channel sales personnel and deliver, track training KPIs.
- Assist the Business Development Department in planning, organizing business-related activities, and participating in daily tasks such as MC, subject sharing and other related activities.
- Assist in talent development management:
- Coordinate and manage the learning systems, design program frameworks, and prepare training materials.
- Establish and improve the trainer development systems, including prize and awards, performance evaluation and etc.
- Recruit and train the trainers according to requirements, conduct personnel development, course authorization, and related management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in full-time education, majoring in insurance, finance, economics, or management
- At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry training
- Excellent logical thinking ability, strong teaching skills, and report writing ability
- Good communication skills, learning ability, execution, and strong sense of responsibility
- Strong awareness of compliance, ethics, and integrity
- Proficient in speaking and writing Chinese, English, and Mandarin
- Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
