The Team Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial support to Heads of Group Agency team and administrative support to Group Agency team, enabling the team to advance Prudential's initiatives, goals, and strategies.
- Maintain the calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and expenses report. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
- Receive, screen and direct incoming enquiries, visitors, mail and email with tact and diplomacy.
- Use business software applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and potentially respond to routine correspondence and inquiries. Exercise confidentiality in supporting Group Agency team's work.
- Organise events and provide administrative support to department activities.
- Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time as needed.
