Business Analyat, Cloud Solution

Roles Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement activities, identify business requirements for ongoing development, enhancement and integration projects.
• Work closely with the devops, cloud infrastructure, and development team to technical engineering challenges, and identify improvement areas along the SDLC, and make recommendations to senior management and business users.
• Lead change management for both business users and development team, ensuring operational and business benefits are realised.
• Prepare and maintain organised technical specifications and documentation.
• Execute testing and facilitating communication across different teams.
• Participate in project planning and management and assist in solution delivery within timeframes.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relavent discipline.
• At least 1 years of experience in business analysis or related field, candidates with technology consultancy or system integrator background would be a big plus.
• Proven experience in technical and business analytics for cloud solution, such as AWS, Azure or GCP, strong vendor management with agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Cantonese and English.
• Experience with software development methodologies and tools, i.e. JIRA.
