Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate prospects, leading to customer acquisition, retention, and revenues aligned with OSLs Business Plan, with a specific focus on OTC trading.
- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to promote our educational programs and services within the cryptocurrency sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including institutional investors, hedge funds, and crypto-related businesses.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of OTC trading to identify opportunities and tailor solutions for clients seeking educational resources in crypto trading.
- Leverage existing connections and develop new relationships to expand our reach in the crypto community.
- Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and enhance our offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Min 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on OTC trading and the cryptocurrency sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
- Extensive network within the cryptocurrency industry, including contacts in trading firms, investment funds, and educational institutions.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency products, market dynamics, and trading mechanisms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
