Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the development of solutions in client lifecycle management
  • Perform business analysis, user story preparation, determine workflow, and give recommendations on process enhancements
  • Manage end-to-end project tasks from feasibility study, requirement analysis, documentation and UAT
  • Track project and ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Communicate with all stakeholders on status and timeline

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree holder
  • 5-7 years' experience in business analysis/ project management (more experienced candidates will be considered as Product Owner ie. 8-12 years)
  • Experienced from Private Banking/ Wealth Management is a must
  • Knowledge in Client Onboarding, KYC, AML to client migration is a must
  • Experience in data analysis and expose to Data quality management framework and concepts is a plus.
  • Detailed oriented with a strong solutioning lmindset
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in Agile development is a plus
