This role will support the team to achieve goals of Customer & Marketing Department by leveraging robust customer insights. Manage and implement customer research activities, including regular and ad hoc studies, qualitative and quantitative; as well as gauge understanding of market trends.
Job Responsibilities - Manage and implement end-to-end customer research activities, including brand / advertising / PR/ customer understanding / online insight community and other ad hoc studies; from vendor management to project execution and insight generation
- Support preparation of business reports / presentation materials to help formulate strategies and action plans
- Monitor identified KPIs by preparing visualization and working closely with different stakeholders across the Company
- Support in advising business from translating data / research findings to customer insights
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree holder in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in Customer Research, preferably within the Insurance or Finance sectors
- Preferably with combination of in-house and research agency experience
- Knowledgeable in executing various kinds of customer research, both qualitative and quantitative
- Excellent command of English and Chinese - both written and spoken
- Excellent project management skills
- Attentive to details, proactive / self-motivate and passionate in supporting business via customer insights
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrate strong team spirit
- With experience working on AI-powered tools would be an advantage
