Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the marketing, syndication, execution and origination of equity capital market transactions including Initial Public Offerings (IPO), share placements, block trades and other fund raising activities in Hong Kong and Great China region
  • Responsible for the vetting of all equity capital market deals accepted by the Company
  • Acquire and develop professional investor business relationships
  • Business development and expansion plan of our ECM team in Hong Kong
  • Liaise and coordinate with Institutional Sales and Corporate Finance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines with professional qualification will be advantage
  • Minimum 10 years solid working experience with major investment banks and 5 yearsmanagerial experience
  • With overseas road show experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in execution of IPO underwriting including H share
  • Extensive knowledge of capital market rules and regulations in Hong Kong and China
  • Good working relationship with ECM department of major Hong Kong investment bank
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese including Putonghua
