Key Roles and Responsibilities
‒ Actively plan, shape and drive initiatives
‒ Clearly identify deliverables / workstreams and drive progress to ensure they are on track /
completed as planned
‒ Participate in problem solving and development of business solutions in partnership with
business stakeholders
‒ Assist in documentation, quality checking and monitoring of new processes
‒ Actively partner and engage to bridge communication among key stakeholders across various
business functions
‒ Monitor project status and prepare / present management reporting decks / executive
summaries
Required Skills and Experience
‒ University degree with at least 8+ years of relevant work experience in a major management
consulting firm or within the financial services industry
‒ Project Management skills and demonstrated ability to work under pressure
‒ Analytic and problem solving / process improvement skills, ability to learn quickly, manage
multiple demands
‒ Excellent verbal and written skills with an ability to create high quality written products that are
comprehensive, accurate and tailored to the audience
‒ Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation with strong influencing and
negotiation skills
‒ Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities
‒ Hands-on project management experience gained on large multi-functional projects
‒ MS-PowerPoint, MS Excel, and general MS-Office skills
Desirable Skills
‒ Financial services background with familiarity in risk and operations functions
‒ Experience in process documentation
‒ Mandarin language skills
