(Senior) Product Manager - Crypto Trading platform (Remote Work)

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape.
• Roadmap Development: Create and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
• User Experience: Advocate for users by gathering feedback, conducting usability tests, and analyzing user data to enhance the trading experience.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure product success and user engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or crypto industries.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and blockchain technology.
• Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
