Scope of Responsibilities:
-Act as service partner to provide operational and clerical HR support, including but not limited to onboarding, off-boarding, Employee movement management, benefit administration, document preparation, etc.
-Answering employee enquiries on HR matters and ensure timely delivery of HR services to HR team and all employees.
-Working Visa Management, including but not limited to new application, extension and termination.
-Participate in process standardization and improvement of the HR Shared Service Center.
-Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
-Responsible for compiling and preparing HR reports and statistics.
-Continue to build rapports with HK and head quarter HR team on HR operating process and procedures.
-Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
-Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial industry / recruitment firm.
-Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance.
-Able to work under fast-paced environment independently.
-Attention to details with high accuracy.
-A team player with proactive attitude and high sense of responsibility.
-Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel & Word).
-Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
-Immediately available is highly preferred.
