About the Role:
Our client is an US headquartered financial services firm who is looking for a seasoned HRBP (VP level) to join their team in Hong Kong. This is a 6-month contract. Looking for a candidate who is avaialble immediately. 

The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, whcih will require a deep understanding of business objectives, talent management, and organizational development to drive HR initiatives that align with corporate goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
  • Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, development, and retention to ensure a high-performing workforce that meets current and future business needs.
  • Drive cultural and organizational change initiatives, fostering an agile and inclusive workplace that embraces diversity and innovation.
  • Provide guidance and support in complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks that promote accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of training programs that enhance employee skills and align with business priorities.
  • Partner with compensation teams to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures that attract and retain talent.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive HR initiatives that support the organizations goals.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining best practices in HR processes and policies.
  • Any other ad-hoc HR assignment where necessary
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in HR generalist/BP role, with experience in financial services industry
  • Experience working in an extremely dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect operational initiatives and activities, with strategic objectives of the business
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
