The Role
Analyst, Junior Corporate Finance Banker, Corporate Finance, IBD
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in execution of transactions including but not limited to due diligence, review and preparation of document, resolving deal issues;
- Conduct industry and company research and analysis; perform financial analysis and corporate valuation; develop financial models;
- Assist in deal origination including the preparation of pitch books, presentation materials and proposals.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor or master degree holders in Business, Finance, Economics of related discipline from reputable universities with outstanding academic records;
- Preferable with CFA and/or CPA qualifications;
- Prefer one to two years of relevant experience in corporate finance or investment banking;
- Good Knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes and relevant rules and regulations;
- Good analytical and quantitative skills(ie. financial modeling and data analysis);
- Team player with good problem solving and strong communication skills who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
