The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing segment-specific value propositions and forging strategic partnerships to drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of customer segmentation, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in partnership management.
Job Responsibilities: - Identify target customer segments and opportunities for business growth. Act as the segment owner to develop tailored value propositions and drive cross-functional collaborations to innovate on proposition, engagement tools and offers, grounded on robust segment insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform proposition development. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth within target segments.
- Grow strategic partnerships with external value-added service providers to deepen customer engagement and enrich our propositions. Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing partner relationships.
- Work closely with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to develop and execute joint marketing and business development initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze segment performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage budgets for segment initiatives and partnership activities.
Job Requirements: - Degree holder in Marketing/Business or related disciplines
- Master degree in relevant disciplines will be a plus
- 10+ years of working experience in customer strategy development, segment marketing, partnership management (preferably from financial institution)
- A demonstrated track record of developing and executing customer propositions and segmentation development
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven capability to connect customer insights and data analytics with strategies and plans
- A collaborative leader with excellent communication skill to manage stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent command of English and Chinese - both written and spoken
