Our client, an esteemed Asian Based Private Equity house, is looking an Associate- Fund Accounting to join their finance team to cope with their business expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements for PE funds and their GPs / SPVs in conjunction with fund administrators
- Work with auditors and tax advisors on annual audits, fund / investor related tax filings, and tax structure reviews of funds and investments.
- Handle cash management for investment pool.
- Prepare investment performance analysis and reports, related presentation powerpoint materials
- Assist on fund raising and investor relations matters.
- Participate in special projects as required.
Requirements:
- University graduated in Accounting, Business Administration or relevant disciplines; Qualified CPA is a plus but not a must.
- Minimum 3 years experience from either in-house fund accounting or fund administrator with private equity exposures.
- Self-motivated and well organized, with a can-do attitude.
- Strong computer skills, especially with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
