Job Descriptions:
- Provide advice and support in team functions to improve and support agency office operational
- effectiveness and efficiency to cope with the agency growth expansion.
- Review, evaluate and compile the procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Identify
- operation defects and propose revamp plans, strive for improve service standard and meet
- company and regulatory requirements.
- Review and prepare agent record reports and perform analysis to assist supervisor to have
- better resources planning, implement action plans to enhance team performance.
- Provide support and advice and requirements for sales admin system enhancement for
- operations improvement.
- Identify individual training and development needs, support and encourage staff development
- to continue the skills set knowledge improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder in any disciplines
- 8 years' experience in agency administration in which 2 years in supervisory role
- Thorough understanding of rules and regulations in insurance industry
- Proficiency in agent and policy related operations and system
- Multi-tasking with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good commend in both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
