The role is primarily responsible for design, execution, and monitoring of the learning and development initiatives focused on upskill and reskill of our agency leader and Futuready Leaders development, in support of Company's business needs.

Job Descriptions:

Develop, implement, and monitor an end to end agent leadership ecosystem including the followings

a. Programs to strengthen entrepreneurial mindset, expansion focus, succession planning, and recruitment

b. Support technology enablement for agency managers to become digitalized leaders in the areas of recruitment, productivity and activity management

c. Institutionalize performance coaching
Conduct competency mapping to address gaps & recommend impactful development interventions. Works as a management coach in partnership with the Agency Leaders to drive execution on the ground
3. Identify and nurture aspiring producers with leadership quality for career advancement
4. Building and maintenance of a strong relationship with all stakeholders internally and externally
5. Performing tasks that may be assigned by the supervisors from time to time

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing,
  • Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent
  • Professional qualification(s) preferred: FLMI, CFP, FChFP etc
  • 4 years or above training experience in life insurance industry
  • 3 years or above management experience
  • Preferably with work background in life insurance industry
