Job Responsibilities: - Assist the Channel Head on implementation and execution of the business plans and initiatives
- Lead a unit of PDMs to achieve business target
- Develop new business ideas and lead the continuous development of Brokerage channel sales platform
- Sales management with subordinates and review the business performance of mapped accounts regularly in accordance to sales KPIs
- Strengthen and maintain a good relationship with respective partners and their key personals to drive and implement the new initiatives, unleash business potential and penetrate the business market share and provide all levels of support to key partners to capture the business opportunities
- Penetrate the TRs and facilitate them to deliver of quality, compliant and consistence business
- Conduct regular reviews on business performance and sales quality practice of the brokers to ensure they are fully compliant with AIA's business standard and principles
- Be capable of driving and managing digital enablement utilisation both internally and externally
- Continue to grow the subordinates with on-going career development planning
- Provide on-the-job coaching for subordinates and support them to handle day-to-day partners related issues to ensure our high level of services standard
- Share new ideas, best practices and market intelligence with sub-ordinates and be a team player
- Ensure team members (if any) who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirement
Job Requirements: - University / College graduate plus at least 6 years relevant experience and 2 years of managerial experience preferred
- Demonstration of self-motivated and self-driven personality and can work independently
- Good organizing and management skills
- Good insurance and investment product knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
- Working knowledge of MS office applications
- Obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities
