About the Role

As part of the Customer Experience, Research and Design team, you'll play a vital role in advancing this movement. From customer insights, mobile app, website to offline customer communications, you will help to craft delightful experiences that customers have with AIA.
Support Head of Insights & Research to achieve the assigned goals by leveraging customer insights from both primary and secondary research.

Roles & Responsibilities

Research responsibilities:

Overall research operations support to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of various research projects.
  • Support to deliver on research needs using both primary and secondary research (qualitative and quantitative methodologies)
  • Conduct desk research and/or gather 3rd party data on topics relevant to the business
  • Manage day-to-day research operations to ensure timely and high-quality output
  • Develop, curate and organize insights for internal distribution; including design of insights infographics
  • Design and maintain internal insights database to increase utilization of insights
Content Strategist (Copywriting) responsibilities:
  • Write, edit, and optimize content across the platform, including website, mobile app, emails, in-app messages, and offline customer communications ensuring clarity and user engagement.
  • Work closely with the design, branding & marketing, technical, and operations teams to craft content that aligns with design principles and branding values, enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly copy that caters to user needs, simplifying complex concepts into accessible, engaging content.
  • Conduct user research and A/B testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, using data-driven analysis to refine content continuously.
Minimum Job Requirements
  • Required over 3 years of experience and proficiency in UX writing in Traditional & Simplified Chinese and English; either in-house or research agency experience
  • Excellent knowledge and proven record in project management / execution
  • Strong user empathy, analytical and problem-solving skills, able to understand quickly, digest requirements, and translate user needs into practical design solutions.
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can work with ambiguity and mange change effectively.
  • Collaborative and can work across with multiple lines of business by listening, consulting, and considering the needs of multiple groups before forming a decision.
  • Excellent communication skills, clearly conveying UX concepts and working effectively with various departments.
  • UX writing and UX-related qualifications or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in marketing comms copywriting a plus
