Job Descriptions:
- Support product launch/revamp projects and promotion campaigns, including:
- Assist in the development of marketing collaterals such as product brochure, product leaflet, product video, sales tools for agents, website content and promotional flyer
- Proofread marketing collaterals to ensure the accuracy
- Upload marketing collaterals to different internal online platforms and agent-specific app
- Assist the team in preparing eye-catching PowerPoint decks, such as adding animation and other visual effects, for internal/external presentations regularly
- Work closely with creative agencies to ensure all collaterals adhere to brand guidelines, are well designed in a user-friendly manner and error-free
- Assist in budgeting and payment settlement
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, advertising, or other related disciplines
- 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in the advertising, digital marketing or other related industries
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English, traditional and simplified Chinese
- Familiar with AI tools for desktop research and content creation
- Excel in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented and with a can-do spirit, willing to take initiative and learn new skills
