Responsibilities: - Work closely with the line manager to analyze existing unsecured loan products, identify opportunities to update features to better meet customer needs, and improve the efficiency of the sales process.
- Design and develop new loan products aligned to business goals
- Streamline and optimize the end-to-end U-loan and Card Loan application process
- Enhance the digital sales platform capabilities through new features
- Work closely with IT, T&O, COO on building new solutions
- Develop training programs to enable sales teams on new products and processes
- Work closely with sales team & tech team to solve day to day operation issues
Requirements: - Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience in financial institutions
- Knowledge on unsecure loan business dynamics & application processing
- Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong excel and data analytic skills
- ability to present data in a systematic way
