About the Role

This role is part of the Leadership and Talent team under Human Resources. The incumbent will support various talent initiatives and programmes to facilitate the professional development of AIA HK & Macau employees and strengthen our learning culture. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

This role is part of the Leadership and Talent team under Human Resources. The incumbent will support various talent initiatives and programmes to facilitate the professional development of AIA HK & Macau employees and strengthen our learning culture. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide end-to-end support for all in-person learning workshops and online webinars
  • Liaise with external training vendors and facilitators to set up learning workshops and carry out follow-up work
  • Perform desktop research and prepare data analytics and insights on training effectiveness, learner behaviours and eLearning usage
  • Assist and support talent projects, such as learning campaigns and wellness activities
  • Design and create collaterals to promote talent programmes and initiatives
Job Requirements:
  • University students from any major
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage but not a must
  • Good interpersonal communications, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word)
  • Multimedia editing skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe editor, Video editor) are preferred
  • Prior internship or part-time working experience is preferred
