Manage ITSM functions and daily operations using the ServiceNow platform. Lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to package and approve production changes involving management and business users. Ensure IT asset inventory aligns with the asset lifecycle and manage IT service releases, including documentation and training. Coordinate the resolution of major incidents to minimize business impact and monitor IT service performance against SLAs. Work with vendors on IT support activities and handle additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Skills Reqd.: - Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow administration and a solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team, even under pressure.
- Proficient in Chinese and English
- Strong skills in CAB, ServiceNow Version upgrade, Version form flow.
