We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as
Mortgage District Lead.
Principal responsibilities - Plan and direct mortgage sales activities to grow the Bank's mortgage business and other retail banking products
- Lead a mortgage sales team to generate sales leads from estate agencies, mortgage brokers and property developers for primary and secondary property markets
- Coach and guide team members to handle mortgage application documents and submit them for credit assessment based on the Bank's mortgage guidelines and policies
- Monitor sales process to ensure team members are compliant with the Bank's policies procedures
- Keep abreast of latest development of the mortgage business and recommend corresponding business strategies as appropriate
- Manage the performance and development of subordinates
Requirements - University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in mortgage loans business with outstanding sales achievement track record and strong business network in both primary and secondary property markets, of which at least 3 years in sales leadership
- Able to demonstrate competency as sales leader with strong sales and service orientation, good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to take challenges positively and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays, when required
- Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers and manage complex interactions effectively
