This role is responsible for developing and executing email programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive acquisition, sales, and retention. The ideal candidate will oversee our Salesforce Platform, covering all aspects from administration to campaign execution, recommend enhancements, and provide outcome reports. The candidate should have extensive experience with CRM expertise, a comprehensive understanding of business processes, and the technical expertise to enhance CRM functionalities.
Job Responsibilities - Manage and execute day-to-day email and SMS programs, including segmentation strategy, A/B testing, journey building, campaign scheduling, and deployment.
- Maintain a joint campaign calendar across multiple business units and optimize for campaign synergies. Manage campaign timeline and prioritization across internal and external partners, ensuring all activities occur as planned and that campaigns are executed on time.
- Partner with key internal stakeholders on the creation of holistic customer engagement plans; target customer segmentation and sizing; and increase sales efficiencies and conversion through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues, and other key marketing operation functions.
- Drive marketing cloud platform enhancements and integration with martech and adtech platforms.
- Align CRM strategies with overall business goals, leveraging business acumen.
- Define key metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for campaigns and continuously monitor performance.
Job Requirements - University graduate, preferably in Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Have 5-7 years or more relevant experience in the financial sector, preferably in life insurance; minimum 5 years of experience with Marketing Cloud; Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM customization, including AMscript, journeys, workflow, automations, and dashboards.
- Experience with A/B and multi-variant testing and dynamic content to personalize customer experience.
- Experience developing rule-based logic and email templates that integrate personalized dynamic content elements.
- Experience in building, automating, and maintaining dashboards and reports (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tracking tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and other relevant software.
- Distinctive problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities with a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
- Process and quality-oriented with sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
