About the Role:
We are looking to hire a Business Analyst (Digital) to join our team on an initial 1-Year contract for an Insurance client.
You will be responsible for analysing and improving digital processes, enhancing customer experience, and driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to clarify business requirements, and create requirement documents or user stories
- Conduct detailed analysis of digital business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, prioritize backlogs and develop business cases for digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, IT teams and businessowners to ensure seamless integration of new business processes with existing systems to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements:
- Current/ recent experience as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services sector (Minimum 2 years' experience).
- Experience working on Digital projects and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Available immediately or at short notice would be beneficial
