Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the administrative functions of the group by managing the daily activities of admin office staff, tea-lady, drivers, receptionists,security staff
- Perform procurement activities in accordance with procurement policies
- Work with various department to perform on-going review on the procurement policies to ensure relevant HQ guidelines & regulations are fulfilled
- Arrange contract for purchase orders & keep accurate record of all procurement transactions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and liaise with suppliers to handle any payment & invoice document issues
- Prepare contracts for purchase orders, cost and delivery management
Requirements
- Degree or above
- 10 years + Administration & Procurement experience
- Prior experience with sizable organization would be highly preferable
- Good knowledge with procurement policy & relevant documents (Purchase Order, Terms & Conditions, ERP system, etc)
- Strong communication skills with good leadership skills
- Prior experience in handling & participating in system procurement & deployment would be an advantage
