Responsibilities
- Responsible for product development and enhancement of cash management products, ensuring they align with market trends and customer demands.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new product offerings and improvements to existing products.
- Oversee the product development cycle, including solution design, preparation of system requirement documents, analysis of user requirements, and organization and execution of risk assessments for new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless product implementation and delivery.
- Prepare product proposals and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback from clients to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and materials to promote cash management products to clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the product development process.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on product features, benefits, and selling points.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in product development or management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector, with a focus on cash management
- Strong understanding of cash management products and services, including payment solutions, liquidity management, and transaction services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
