My client is a well established chinese securities company looking for a ED to MD level coverage banker based in Hong Kong with a focus on originating and executing corporate finance deals in the TMT sector, specially in the AI / Big data or semiconductor space.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for origination of IPO and M&A business, with a strong focus in TMT, preferably with a track record in completing deals in AI / big data or Semi Conductor sector
• Responsible for due diligence
• Deal documentation and internal approvals
• Handling client queries on execution related matters
• Willing toonsistently travel to china
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or above in Finance or related subject
• Relevant experience in TMT, preferably with a track record in deals related to AI / Big sector or Semi conductor
• Fluent or native in Mandarin, fluent in English
• Ability to act independently
• Process strong communication skills
• Immediately available preferred
