Associate Director, Treasury
We are assisting a well-known Property Developer in their search for an Associate Director, Treasury. This role is vital for ensuring effective financial management and supporting the company's growth in property development.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and forecast cash flow to support ongoing and future property projects.
- Develop and implement financing strategies for real estate developments.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure funding.
- Oversee investment strategies related to property acquisitions and developments.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards specific to real estate.
- Prepare financial reports and analyses for senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the treasury team in best practices for real estate finance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CTP) are a plus.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in treasury or commercial banking.
- Strong understanding of financial products and risk management in property development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage banking relationships effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
