Responsibilities：
- Assist to review, maintain and enhance Risk Management Policy & Guideline, monitor its effective implementation.
- Closely work with internal stakeholders to support business growth.
- Assist to develop and improve risk quantification methodologies.
- Perform risk assessment and closely monitor risk of brokerage business, OTC derivatives and Securities Transaction Financing.
- Report breaches and timely escalate to senior management.
- Participate in ad-hoc risk-related projects assigned by senior management.
Requirements：
- Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Financial Engineering or other relevant fields.
- Up to 3-year experience in Security industry.
- Knowledge on Fixed Income, Currency and Equities.
- Good understanding of Securities Margin Financing, Derivatives, and securities financing transactions (Repo, SBL).
- Good problem-solving ability and self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
